From as early as I can remember, I was the one people turned to for support and understanding. But it wasn’t until I personally faced a season of deep depression that I discovered just how powerful it is to have someone walk with you through the darkest times.
That season broke me open—but also woke me up. I came out of it with a mission: to help others do what I did. Heal. Rise. Transform. I became a life coach not just because I love people, but because I’ve been there. I understand what it means to feel stuck, lost, or silently struggling. And I know what it takes to rebuild from within.
